WOODBURY — As hundreds of famished students pour into Nonnewaug High School’s cafeteria each day, many of them rush into line to snag a lunch without even taking the time to acknowledging the staff members who make it possible.

Even if school lunch isn’t always the most delicious meal of a teenager’s week, it shouldn’t be too difficult to express appreciation for the food services staff.
