Brenna Maklary (left) and Mrs. Walsh (right) are both promoting booths for their individual causes . Maklary was invited by Jen Jedd Nonnewaug’s SAE instructor to the sale to promote her crochet business that she started last year as her SAE; she made $150 from the sale. Mrs Walsh and her daughter Chole Walsh were promoting the bottle and can drive. “The bottle drive is to collect bottles and cans,” says Chole Walsh. “Than the proceeds from the returns will be used to purchase good we are donating to the Safe Haven of the Greater Waterbury.”
