Freshman year can be nerve-racking, but it is easier if you fall into good habits. Take it from the best: people who have been in your exact shoes. Freshman Quinn Greaves says, “To stay organized, I like to write down all my homework assignments right when I get them in the notes app on my phone.” Staying organized and figuring out how to manage your time helps you manage your school work, and getting involved in afterschool activities provides a time to make new friendships that make you feel more comfortable in a new place. In addition, it is important to follow all school rules and keep them in mind when making decisions in high school. But the most important thing in high school and beyond is to have fun and enjoy all the memories that you’re making.
