The Chief Advocate’s editorial staff has selected Nonnewaug boys soccer senior captain Azem Frangu and Nonnewaug volleyball senior captain Maggie Keane as the school’s September Athletes of the Month.

Frangu and Keane have both led their respective teams to second place in the Berkshire League with about two weeks remaining in the regular season. Both are among their team’s leading scorers and are multi-year starters.
