Christopher Velleca, Business/Technology Editor and Digital Editor
Chris Velleca is a senior at Nonnewaug, and this is his second year writing for the NHS Chief Advocate. He is the business and technology editor, as well as a digital editor, for the Chief Advocate. In addition to writing for the Chief Advocate, Chris is also active in the community through his achievement of the rank of Eagle Scout with Troop 480 in Woodbury. Chris also is the captain of the wrestling team, president of the Math National Honor Society, and president of Nonnewaug’s FBLA chapter. Chris’ hobbies include 3D printing, woodworking, ATVing and snowboarding. Chris strives to improve the school climate by participating in Wingman and maintaining and improving the library makerspace.
